Process composition:

2. Spiral feeding machine: Adopting spiral conveying, the stirred raw materials are lifted into the feeding hopper of the twin screw extruder.

3. Twin screw feed extruder: The mixed raw materials are evenly fed into the twin screw through the feeder. Under the compression of the twin screw in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, the composition structure of the raw materials changes, becoming easily absorbed nutrients. They are extruded into shape through a mold, and the product size is adjusted through a rotary cutting system. The length of the rotary cutting system is adjustable through frequency conversion. The mold can be changed according to the required shape, and the operation is simple. The twin screw extruder has a preheating function to reduce material loss.

4. Conveyor: This conveyor has an air blower and a belt elevator to transport the produced materials to a multi-layer drying equipment.

5. Multi layer oven: This oven is a mesh belt type multi layer circulating oven. Is there an oven available? Five meters on the third floor, five meters on the fifth floor? Different models of ovens are equipped with different production capacities, such as 7 floors with 5 meters, 5 floors with 7 meters, 7 floors with 8 meters, and 7 floors with 12 meters. The heating methods of the oven are divided into electric, fuel, gas, steam, new energy, and other ovens. The temperature is automatically adjusted between room temperature and 2400 degrees through the control cabinet. The interior of the oven is made of stainless steel mesh belt, which ensures smooth transportation. The mesh belt adopts a double-sided chain with a low failure rate. The feed is dried through multiple cycles to the required moisture content, increasing its shelf life.

6. Seasoning Line: Seasoning tubes include octagonal tube, single drum seasoning line, double drum seasoning line, quantitative single drum seasoning machine, double head octagonal continuous seasoning machine, four head octagonal continuous seasoning machine, etc. Fuel injector spraying: Oil, animal oil, food attractants, etc. Different seasoning machines are configured according to production and product quality.
