Product Details
1. Working principle:
The 9SG-5/7/7 cubic meter fully mixed ration mixer mainly consists of one or two augers, and the spiral auger is divided into left and right rotation. During mixing and cutting, the material is rotated and stirred from both ends of the box to the middle of the mixer at the same time. Each spiral lead on the auger is equipped with a moving blade, which is used for cutting work with fixed teeth on the centerline of the feed mixer. Various fibrous grass and straw passing through are cut and stirred to achieve a fully mixed feed effect of crushing and mixing.
2. Discharge system
The discharge door control consists of a hydraulic cylinder, a fixed support, a connecting support, and a sliding discharge baffle. The discharge sliding baffle is installed on the reciprocating movement shaft of the hydraulic oil cylinder, which can open and close the discharge or stop the material. The discharge area is equipped with a high-strength magnetic plate to complete the iron removal task. Users can also choose to install a discharge conveyor. The discharge door can be set on the left or right side according to user requirements.
3. Feed addition system
Users can also choose the feeding conveyor to complete.
4. Weighing and measuring system
The imported weighing and measuring equipment consists of four bridge type load-bearing sensors and load-bearing display controllers. The system uses a 220V power supply to transmit signals to the weighing display instrument through four directional bridge type weighing sensors, displaying gross weight, net weight, peak value, and weight changes to output zero position, completing the proportion and measurement of feed. And it has an overload alarm function.
