Continuous Feeding Falling Film Evaporator 2001 for plant Processing
Falling film evaporator is a reduced-pressure distillation unit for concentrating liquid. The liquid to be vaporized is sprayed onto the heat exchange tube from the upper heat exchanger, and a thin liquid film is formed on the heat exchange tube. In this way, the static liquid level pressure is reduced when the liquid is boiling and evaporating, so as to improve the heat exchange and evaporation efficiency. It is commonly used in food, medical, chemical and other related industries.

Advantages of Stainless Steel Falling Film Evaporation Concentrator
1. The top of the evaporator adopts spray cloth design, so that the materials can be fully distributed on the surface of the tubular heat exchanger, greatly improving the heat exchange and evaporation efficiency, reducing the residence time of materials and the denaturation risk of heat-sensitive compounds, and achieving 200L of ethanol recovery per hour.(Please consult YHCHEM for other handling capacity)
2. The evaporating chamber adopts a spiral design to accelerate liquid sedimentation, quickly realize gas-liquid separation, recover better solvent appearance, and reduce material loss.
3. The negative pressure discharging pump can be freely switched to circulation and discharging modes, and realizes secondary evaporation for materials that have not evaporated completely. For high viscosity materials, it has a discharge better than ordinary explosion-proof centrifugal pumps.
4. Three SUS316L welding heat exchanger is used to condense steam, realizing efficiency heat exchange and environmental protection.The first heat exchanger preheats the material to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
5. The pipeline and evaporation chamber are equipped with sight glass, so the evaporation process can be seen in real time. The whole machine has an explosion-proof design, compact structure, and easy to assemble and move .
