Use of explosion-proof tools:
Due to material limitations, explosion-proof tools have lower mechanical properties than steel tools in all aspects. So during homework, it should be used reasonably to avoid brute force operations. The precautions are as follows:
3.1 Various types of wrenches for explosion-proof manual tools have different rated strengths: non connecting force wrenches are strictly prohibited from being used with casing force; Non striking wrenches are not allowed to be used by striking; Non chiseling tools or crowbars are not allowed to be used for chiseling or prying open; Hand tools should not be loaded onto electric or pneumatic drive heads for use. To avoid deformation and fracture caused by overload, affecting the normal service life of the tool, and even damaging the tool.
3.2 During the use of explosion-proof tools, the variety and specifications should be reasonably selected according to needs, and small tools should not be replaced by large ones.
When using adjustable wrenches, pipe wrenches, and solid wrenches, attention should be paid to the requirements of the force direction and no arbitrary reverse force should be applied.
When using a tool with a cutting edge, the hardness of the workpiece itself should be measured first. If the hardness is close to the tool hardness, it should be carefully operated and the edge should be observed. If deformation occurs, it should be stopped from use. If the hardness is higher than the tool hardness, it is prohibited to use.
3.5 When the workpiece is mechanically tightened, semi permanently fixed, or due to long-term corrosion, and no other measures are taken before using manual tools, it should be prohibited to use it to avoid damaging the tool.
