1、 Characteristics of formaldehyde tail gas fuel: The tail gas discharged from the top of the three towers during formaldehyde production contains: H2: 18-20%, CO, CH4, O2 each 0.5%, C025%, N272-74%, water and trace amounts of formaldehyde, methanol, etc. About 20% of them are combustible gas, with a calorific value of approximately 2100~2300KJ/m3, equivalent to a large calorific value of 500~550 kcal/cubic meter. They belong to low-pressure and low calorific value fuels, so strict operation of formaldehyde exhaust combustion boiler equipment is very important and necessary.
