A. How to Install embossing roller (check video we shared)

B. How to adjust embossing roller.
1. Turn off Ultrasonic frequency, lift up the embossing roller. Observe the connecting between embossing spots and the welding head.
2. When we start the production with fabric, turn on the ultrasonic, lift up embossing roller, observe the distance between pattern roller and Horn, the moment roller nearlly touch the horn, please leave 1-2 second to press “Start”, (that means, the moment roller touch the horn, the whole machine should run at the same time. )
Worker should observe the distance constantly. This operation can not set in the PLC , it is decided by working experience.
3. Observation the spots which can not be embossed on the fabric, and fine tuning the four balance drum nuts until the spots can be embossed on the fabric.
C. Attention for ultrasonic embossing Roller Storage
1.When moving the rollers, we must use the soft packing material to wrap it. Move it slowly and slightly.
2.When storage the rollers, they cannot be laid together with other heavy objects. It can avoid the crashing and damage on the appearance.
3.Make a metal triangular structure to hold the rollers as the above picture.
D. There is not any ultrasonic wave shooting:
(1) Voltage over-low An additional voltage-stabilized source should be installed.
(2) Damage in the power tube A new power tube should be used to replace it.
(3) Defect of contact Check in the contact, connector, and fuse
(4) Internal damage in the generator Send it back to our factory for repairing
E. Heavy humming
(1)The adjacent amplitude-changing rods are closed too much.
Keep a proper distance between them.
(2)The screws of the clamping sheet of the amplitude-changing rod are loose.
Tighten the screws of the clamping sheet.
F. The amplitude-changing rod is over-heated
(1)The operation time of the rod is over long.
Stop its operation for an hour.
G. The fuse is easy to be burned out.
(1)Short distance between amplitude-changing rod and pattern roller.
(2) The inner magnetic core for power control is fallen off or closed to the aluminum panel. Adjust the core with 10mm distance away from the panel and observe the current display. Normally, the adjustment should be made till the current display is within the range from 1 to 1.5A and a rising current is emerged.
(3) The observed current-dropping when the magnetic core is rotated in the positive direction indicates that the core has been adjusted outside the proper displacement, and should be adjusted inside for 5mm.
