The rigid impeller feeder uses a rotating impeller with a grid chamber to transfer powder and small particle materials from the upper storage bin or hopper to the lower discharge port for discharge, achieving uniform feeding or variable speed feeding. When using constant speed feeding, the machine can achieve uniform feeding. If a speed regulating motor is used, the impeller speed can be adjusted and changed at any time as needed to achieve the adjustment of the feeding amount
The rigid impeller feeders produced by our factory are divided into two types: the GWA type is a non speed regulating type, equipped with a cycloidal needle wheel reducer, the GWB type is a speed regulating type, equipped with a slip speed regulating motor and a ZQ series reducer. The rigid impeller feeder has the characteristics of adjustable feeding amount, separate support of reducer and motor, significantly reducing the bearing capacity of the impeller feeder, and is a device for variable feeding situations.
