The Mingtai machine tool ordinary end face lathe sends instructions through PLC, semi-automatic control, and can perform various types of turning of inner holes, outer circles, conical surfaces, circular arc surfaces, and threads.

The internal gears of the four speed variable frequency speed control spindle box of the machine tool are all 40Cr forged and polished teeth, and the shafts are all of a spline structure. The bearings are equipped with high-precision rotary bearings as standard, with tight gear matching, high rotary accuracy, and low rotary noise.
The double shafts of the machine tool are all driven by precision ground ball screws, and the ball screws are all designed with a central position to avoid pulling deviation caused by processing resistance during the transmission process, ensuring the stability of the sliding plate movement and processing accuracy. The guide rail is a dovetail rail for sliding positioning, and the flat rail is a sliding support, ensuring the positioning accuracy and smoothness of the sliding plate movement.
