When the electric car is used for a long time, there will be problems such as performance degradation, longer charging time and shorter range. At this time, customers can learn some methods to repair the battery, which can extend the service life of the battery. 1. Use positive and negative pulses to charge the battery for Depolarization, and then fully discharge it. Repeat for three times. If the capacity shows signs of recovery, you can repeat several times to achieve better repair effect.
2. Add water for repair. Deionized water or purified water must be added to the water, and do not add tap water, as it may cause a problem of high self discharge of the battery. Add water at a rate of 1g/Ah per unit, and then use a matching charger to fully charge it. Generally, it has a certain effect on capacity repair. You can perform two or three more charging and discharging cycles, which will be more effective. Specific method: Pry open the cover plate above the electric vehicle battery, open the rubber cap, and let out the exhaust hole. Through the exhaust hole, you can see the inside of the battery and see if there is any dryness or water loss inside the small hole. The plates of electric vehicle batteries are wrapped in white fiberglass cotton and should normally be moist. When using a dropper to suck in distilled water and inject it into the battery through the exhaust hole, cover the exhaust hole with a breathable cover to prevent dust from falling into the exhaust hole. If it is not enough, it can be added again. If it is too much, it will cause a decrease in the acid density and the battery capacity will be insufficient.
