1. Parallel type electric heating strip, which uses two (or three) parallel insulated copper stranded wires as the power bus, PTC characteristic heating wires wrapped around the skeleton, and the bus is alternately connected every other heating section length to form a continuous parallel resistance. This electric heating strip is used for a length of about 10-800 meters.
2. Series type electric heating strip, this electric heating strip uses three parallel insulated copper stranded wires with the same cross-sectional area and a certain length as the power bus and heating core wire. One end of them is reliably short circuited, and the other end is connected to a 380V (or designed voltage) power supply to form a star load. According to Joule Lenz's law, Q=0.24IRT electrical energy is converted into thermal energy, and the star load continuously releases heat, forming a continuous and uniform heating electric heating strip. According to actual needs, the three-phase (single-phase) of the electric heating strip can be separated separately (split type) or integrated into one. The length of this electric heating strip should not be too short, usually around 500 to 2500 meters.
