Heating principle
Low temperature radiation electric heating film is a semi transparent polyester film that can generate heat after being electrified. It is made of conductive special ink and metal current carrying strips processed and hot pressed between insulating polyester films. When working, an electric heating film is used as the heating element to send heat into the space in the form of radiation. The low-temperature radiation electric heating film system is composed of a power supply, temperature controller, connectors, insulation layer, electric heating film, and decorative layer. The power supply is connected to the electric heating film through wires, converting electrical energy into thermal energy.
Working principle
The working temperature of the low-temperature radiation electric heating film is below 50 ℃, and it provides indoor heating in the form of radiation. The 9.5 micron infrared generated by the electric heating film first heats the dense objects (walls, floors, furniture) in the room, and then these dense objects emit heat evenly to provide indoor heating. Due to the uniform distribution of indoor temperature during radiation heating compared to radiator heating, the surface temperature of the four walls of the room increases, reducing the cold radiation from the walls to the human body, giving people a comfortable feeling, like the sunshine in winter, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling.
