1. Cable connection

5. Output current limiting point adjustment

The module has stepless current limiting function. The current limiting point of the module can be adjusted within the range of 0-20A through external monitoring modules. When the output voltage is between 50Vdc and 750Vdc

The current limiting accuracy of the module is ± 0.3A.

6. Output voltage regulation

Through an external monitoring module, the output voltage of the module can be continuously adjusted, with an adjustment range of 50Vdc to 750Vdc and a small adjustment step of 0.1Vdc.

7. Fan control

The built-in processor of the module can adjust the fan speed based on the internal temperature of the module and the output current of the module.

8. Input over/under voltage protection

The module input is a single-phase AC voltage. When the input voltage is below 90Vac or greater than 280Vac, the module will stop working and have no output.

When an overvoltage or undervoltage alarm occurs, the module will report the alarm information to the monitoring module; When the input voltage returns to the normal range, the alarm disappears and the module returns to normal

9. Output overvoltage protection

After overvoltage protection, manual intervention is required before starting the machine.

The software overvoltage protection point can be set through the monitoring module, with a setting range of 76Vdc to 778Vdc, and the factory default value is 778Vdc.

Manual intervention: The module can be reset through the monitoring module, or it can be reset by powering on again after AC power outage.

10. Over temperature protection

The protection point for environmental overheating is 80 ℃.

When the temperature of the DC board exceeds 85 ℃, the module stops working; When the temperature of the DC board drops below 75 ℃, the module will automatically resume operation.

11. Internal busbar fault protection

When the internal bus voltage of the module exceeds the overvoltage/undervoltage protection point, the module will automatically shut down, and there is no output from the module at this time.

12. Short circuit protection

When the module is short circuited, protect the shutdown and report "module fault" to the monitoring.

13. Background communication interruption

The module experiences a communication interruption for more than 20 seconds. The module is shut down for protection and there is no voltage output. After communication is restored, it is necessary to resend the power on command before starting up.

14. Fan fault protection

When a fan fails, the module will generate a fan fault alarm, and the module will shut down without voltage output. After the fault is eliminated, the module will automatically resume operation.

15. Monitoring Performance

The charging module adopts CAN bus.

The installation steps for the charging module are as follows:

1. Install the hanging ears on the corresponding positions of the chassis according to the installation method of the cabinet.

2. Slowly push the charging module fully into its slot or secure it to the installation board.

3. Tighten the fixing screws on the charging module ear and secure it to the cabinet. The ear fixing screws are M4, with a recommended torque of 12kgf.cm

4. When installing cables, cables should be larger than 6 square meters or AWG10 # wires, and terminals should be OT6-4. It is recommended to have a torque of 14kgf.cm
