1.DTF is a revolutionary new printing technique that's more affordable and accessible compared to DTG, screen printing, sublimation or laser white toner transfers. DTF required a modiefied printer, Special DTF ink, Special DTF powder and DTF transfer film. With DTF you can transfer to 100% cotton shirts without pretreatment, saving a lot of money and time. DTF uses a lot less ink than DTG. DTF is washable unlike unrasterized laser toner transfers and it feels a lot better to the topuch.

2.Digital Transfer Film is the newest method in the digital printing world. With this DTF method, it will be easy to print t-shirts. In addition, the texture of the print is very strong and elastic because the ink material is made of plastisol, assisted by adhesive glue or powdered flour to attach the printout from the film to the t-shirt material, the print is tight without porous and looks solid.

1.This 70cm inkjet printer is popular use in garment industrial line, there has two kinds of ink for your optional

# Eco solvent ink: use this kind of ink is to print on the heat transfer vinyl, you need a vinyl cutter machine to work together, which is to contour cut the design, then heat transfer on the garment.

# Textile pigment ink: this ink have CMYK and white color, it's directly print on Centrifugal film, and work with a duster machine to work, then heat transfer the design on the garment, no need to use the vinyl cutter. this is new technology, It saves labor and complicated processes, more easy to operate.

2.This configuration will allow your to print designs for both dark and light garments such as black, white,gray,blue,red,etc. with 2 channels dedicated to the white ink which is used when printing dark garments, do a white base or just print in white.

3.Maintenance: very low, it's recommended to print at least once per week or clean the print head once per week, DTF inks will not clog easily like DTG inks

4.Room temperature: it'a an important factor operating any DTF printer in a room with a temperature below 25 celsius
