The aluminum battery shell cleaning and drying line for automotive accessories adopts a unique segmented structure of the box body to ensure the cleanliness of the product. Features:

1. The conveying part of this machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel customized mesh belt, which is convenient for placing and cleaning workpieces, and has the characteristics of stable operation and long service life.

2. The transmission part adopts a speed regulating deceleration motor, making the material cleaning time adjustable.

3. Clean in two stages, with water that can be recycled, saving energy and water sources. Each section is equipped with a multi-layer filtering device to prevent nozzle blockage. Equipped with automatic water control device to prevent damage to the waterproof pump due to water shortage.

4. The entire machine is made of stainless steel SUS304.

5. Equipment overview: After the machine is turned on, the material is manually fed to the chain track of the spray cleaning machine or automatically fed through the conveyor connection. First, alkali solution is sprayed, followed by hot water spraying, and then clean water circulation spraying. Three groups are independent, with an external circulating water tank and a filter screen for easy extraction. The flushing inlet and outlet are manually operated.
