Product Description

The JC-3000-C-FBHT intelligent differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the pressure or differential pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors in mechanical equipment. The use of fully sealed capacitors or silicon differential pressure sensing components ensures high measurement accuracy while ensuring excellent stability and reliability in pressure measurement. The 3501 series products can be configured with the HART communication protocol, which can communicate with control systems or manual operators for setting, monitoring, testing, and configuration.

Actual process situation:

① To determine the physicochemical properties and cleanliness of the medium, conventional differential pressure transmitters and float type liquid level transmitters should be selected, and the material of the part in contact with the medium should also be selected;

② Single flange differential pressure transmitter can be used for some suspended solids, foam and other media. Some are prone to precipitation and crystallization, using plug-in double flange differential pressure transmitters;

③ Consider which type of device the tested object belongs to. For tanks and tanks, if the volume of the tank is small, the measurement range will not be too large. If the volume of the tank is large, the measurement range may be large;

④ For the liquid level of high viscosity media and high-pressure equipment, as the equipment cannot be opened, a radio frequency liquid level gauge can be selected for measurement;
