30mA Low Power LDO
The HT7144-1 series is a three terminal low-power high voltage regulator implemented using CMOS technology. The allowable input voltage can reach up to 30V. It has several fixed output voltages, ranging from 2.1V to 5.0V. CMOS technology ensures its low voltage drop and low quiescent current characteristics.
Although HT7144-1 is mainly designed for fixed voltage regulators, these ICs can be combined with external components to obtain variable voltage and current.
