Shunshui tee is a type of pipe fitting used at pipeline branches. For the manufacturing of tees using seamless pipes, there are usually two processes used: hydraulic bulging and hot pressing forming. The hydraulic bulging of stainless steel tees is a forming process that expands branch pipes through axial compensation of metal materials. The process is to use a dedicated hydraulic press to inject liquid into the pipe blank with a diameter equal to the diameter of the tee. The pipe blank is compressed through synchronous centering motion of the two horizontal side cylinders of the hydraulic press. The volume of the pipe blank decreases after being squeezed, and the pressure inside the pipe blank increases as the volume of the pipe blank decreases. When the pressure required for the expansion of the stainless steel tee branch pipe is reached, Under the dual action of liquid pressure in the side cylinder and tube blank, the metal material flows along the mold cavity and expands out of the branch pipe.
