process flow

◆ Air compression system: The raw air is compressed to 0.7~0.85MPa by the air compressor.

◆ Pre cooling system: The air is pre cooled to 5-10 ℃ in the pre cooling unit, separating most of the water.

Purification system: Air is adsorbed and filtered out of remaining water, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons in a molecular sieve purifier.

◆ Air expansion: Air expands and cools in the expander to provide the required cooling capacity for the device.

◆ Heat exchange: The air exchanges heat with the returned oxygen, nitrogen, and dirty nitrogen in the main heat exchanger of the fractionation tower, and is cooled to a temperature close to the liquefaction temperature. The returned oxygen, nitrogen, and dirty nitrogen are reheated to the ambient temperature.

◆ Subcooling: The liquid air and liquid nitrogen before subcooling and throttling in the subcooler.

◆ Distillation: Air is distilled and separated in the distillation tower, obtaining product nitrogen at the top of the upper tower and product oxygen at the bottom of the upper tower.
