1、 Overview

 The design of this boiler complies with relevant regulations such as TSG G0001-2012 Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations, TSG G0002-2010 Boiler Energy Conservation Technical Supervision and Management Regulations, NB/T47034-2013 Industrial Boiler Technical Conditions, GB/T1576-2008 Industrial Boiler Water Quality, GB13271-2014 Boiler Atmospheric Pollutant Discharge Standards, etc.

2、 Overview

1. Overall boiler

The standards adopted in the design of this boiler comply with TSG G0001-2012 "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" and relevant national and ministerial regulations. The structural design and heating surface layout strive to be reasonable and perfect.

Boiler overall

The boiler is mainly composed of body, chain grate, frame sheath, platform escalator, Plumbing, energy saver, flue gas duct, dust remover, blower, induced draft fan, electric control cabinet, etc.

This boiler is a horizontal water fire tube natural circulation movable grate steam boiler. The boiler body is a single drum vertical type, with 105 arranged inside the drum φ fifty-seven × 3 threaded smoke pipe, smooth tube water wall is arranged on both sides of the furnace, and "eight" shaped water wall pipe is led out from the lower side of the drum, and Fire brick are covered to divide the furnace into two areas.

The fuel enters the furnace for combustion through the hopper and chain grate, and the generated smoke enters the two wing convection tube bundles along the bottom of the drum through the outlet smoke windows on the octagonal wall. It enters the threaded smoke tube through the front smoke box, passes through the energy-saving device and dust collector, and is drawn by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

2. Boiler body

The boiler body is composed of φ one thousand six hundred and twenty-eight × 14 drum, φ one hundred and fifty-nine × 6 left and right headers, φ one hundred and thirty-three × 6 downcomers, φ fifty-seven × 3 convection tube bundles, φ fifty-seven × Composed of 3 threaded smoke pipes, etc.

Install drainage pipes, lifting eyes, safety valves, main steam valves, and other pipe seats on the drum. The bottom of the drum is equipped with a boiler tube bundle, which can effectively exchange heat between the flue gas and the water in the boiler tube bundle when high-temperature flue gas passes through. A header is arranged below the drum, which is connected with the drum by downcomer to form a simple and effective water circulation circuit to absorb the radiant heat of the furnace and ensure the heat production of the boiler.

3. Layered feeding combustion

The fuel passes through the fuel regulating plate in the hopper, and is fed through a rotating drum feeder and spread on a steel sieve. The sieve evenly distributes the raw coal in large, medium, and small particles on the running grate, forming a loose and permeable fuel layer that is large, small, uniform, and flat. In this way, the gap between fuel particles can be retained, reducing ventilation resistance, increasing the ventilation rate per unit area, leading to earlier fuel ignition, increased oxidation reaction, faster combustion speed, and higher boiler output. The adaptability of chain grate to coal quality is improved, and inferior coal with lower volatile matter is used for combustion.

3、 Technical characteristics

1. The boiler drum is composed of an arched tube plate and a threaded smoke pipe, which changes the structure of the boiler drum from a quasi rigid body to a quasi elastic body, eliminates the tension support in the tube plate area, and reduces stress. The smoke tube inside the tube plate has been changed from two returns to a single return, solving the problem of tube plate cracks.

2. The lower part of the drum is equipped with an ascending tube bank, which eliminates the stagnant water area at the bottom of the drum, making it difficult for sludge to deposit. The high-temperature area of the drum can be well cooled, preventing bulging at the lower part of the drum.

3. The use of efficient heat transfer threaded smoke pipes has achieved enhanced heat transfer effects, achieving the characteristics of fast boiler temperature rise and pressure rise, and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

4. Compact in structure, compared to similar boilers, it has a smaller overall size and saves investment in boiler room infrastructure.

5. Stable operation, convenient adjustment, and sufficient output.

6. The Heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency are improved by using threaded smoke pipe to enhance heat transfer, because the smoke has a disturbing effect in the pipe. The smoke pipe is not prone to dust accumulation and plays a self-cleaning role.

7. The octagonal wall inside the furnace and the outlet smoke window have a certain dust reduction effect. The original dust concentration of the boiler is controlled below the standard, ensuring that the smoke and dust emissions of the boiler meet the national environmental protection regulations.

8. This boiler has a stable operating range of 80-100%, steam temperature of 193 ℃, evaporation capacity of 6t/h, fuel consumption of 1570.53g/h, feedwater temperature of 20 ℃, rated steam pressure of 1.25MPa, design thermal efficiency of 81.42%, and exhaust temperature of 114.52 ℃.

4、 Product Delivery

1. This boiler is factory assembled.

2. The blower, induced draft fan, dust collector, energy-saving device, electric control cabinet, water pump, valve, instrument, smoke and air duct connection, etc. shall be delivered in accordance with the drawings or contract regulations.

3. Provide two copies of technical documents and accompanying drawings, as well as one copy of energy-saving review report, energy efficiency test report, and product quality certificate.

7、 Safety valve, auxiliary equipment and control instructions

This boiler has functions such as high and low water level alarm, low water level interlock protection, overpressure alarm, and interlock protection;

In order to effectively monitor and control water level and pressure, the boiler is equipped with a water level gauge, water level controller, and water level alarm. It has automatic water filling at low water level, automatic stop of water pump operation at high water level, and interlocking protection devices for high and low water level alarms.
