1、 Characteristics of nitrogen spring:
1. Durable:
The piston rod of this product has undergone precision machining, good wear resistance, surface roughness below Ra0.02um, and high hardness. The piston rod and high-performance sealing device ensure the long-term service life of the nitrogen spring. The product has been tested by the National Automobile Quality Supervision Center and is qualified. After completing the effective journey, the pressure reduction rate is below 5%, fully in compliance with international standards.
2. Can reduce costs
The nitrogen spring has the characteristics of small volume, high elasticity, long service life, and constant spring pressure. Small size can save mold space, high elasticity can reduce the number of springs, and long service life can reduce the number of mold repairs, thus reducing the total cost of the mold.
