1、 Product Introduction:

The corrugated filler for metal rolled orifice plates was successfully developed in China in 1977. It uses thin metal plates as raw materials, and first rolls out denser pore sizes on the metal plates φ 0.4- φ 0.5mm small puncture holes, approximately 70 small holes per square centimeter, then press the puncture hole plate into a corrugated plate, and assemble it into a disc. The metal rolling perforated plate corrugated material combines the advantages of metal perforated plate corrugated material and wire mesh corrugated material. This filler is an efficient and regular filler developed by China. The main difference between metal rolling perforated plate corrugated fillers and metal wire mesh corrugated fillers is that metal perforated plates replace the mesh woven into a mesh; The difference from corrugated metal plate fillers is that they do not punch small holes or compress textures on the surface of the metal plate, but rather roll out high density micro piercing holes. Its separation ability is similar to that of mesh corrugated packing, but its anti blocking ability is stronger than that of mesh corrugated packing.

 

At present, there are mainly three types: 4.5, 6.3, and 10, with good promotion and application effects. Its main feature is that when the flow rate is high, it basically maintains the excellent separation performance of metal wire mesh corrugated fillers, and eliminates the complex process of wire drawing and mesh weaving. 4.5 and 6.3 types of fillers are suitable for fields such as fine chemicals, solvent recovery, and refining of chemical products that require high separation costs; The 10 type filler belongs to the general structured filler with high flux and low pressure drop, and has broad application prospects in general chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, and environmental protection fields.

In the distillation of natural camphor oil, the use of a bubble cap tower instead of a bubble cap tower increased the one-time extraction rate of eucalyptus ether from 38.7% to 76.7%, reduced the number of repeated distillation, improved product quality, and reduced distillation losses by 50%, achieving significant economic benefits.
