2. Structure and working principle

The upper valve body of the double valve bottom valve is connected with the suction pipe of the fuel oil Gasoline pump. When the fuel Gasoline pump motor starts, a negative pressure is formed in the suction pipe, making the pressure at the lower valve body side higher than that at the upper valve body side; The valve clack is lifted up under the influence of the upper and lower pressure difference, and the oil can enter the suction pipe of the Gasoline pump. When the motor stops working, the negative pressure in the upper valve body cavity disappears, and because the static pressure of the oil circuit changes to positive pressure, the valve clack automatically closes under the action of positive pressure, and the oil will not fall back. Due to the use of two identical valve bodies and discs, the performance of the check valve is more reliable.

3. Installation and usage precautions

1. During assembly, the plastic protective cover on the valve disc should be removed, cleaned, all matching components tightened, and the filter screen should be installed to avoid inhaling dirt.

2. The valve body and disc sealing pair are precision ground, so during assembly, do not switch up and down, let alone switch with other bottom valves to avoid reducing the check performance. Once confused, it can be checked with ink coloring to ensure that it overlaps with the original grinding marks.
