Product Introduction:
EC-801It is a silver copper conductive paint. Directly sprayed inside the shell of electronic products, the paint film can perform good conductivity after drying. Due to its excellent conductivity similar to that of pure silver conductive paint and extremely high cost-effectiveness, it is now widely used inside the shells of various electronic products such as GPS, DVD, DVB, medical devices, etc.

Test conditions:
When measuring, it is necessary to wait until the sprayed film has completely cooled and dried. The conductivity value of the EC-801 paint film should be measured using a multimeter with a digital display (generally the multimeter should be set to<200 Ω), and the measured result should exclude the resistance of the multimeter itself and the wire (i.e. the base).
Instructions for use
Using materials:ABSHIPS, PS, PC and other plastic parts (if there are special materials, the company will prepare suitable conductive paint for customers separately)
Diluent:Industrial anhydrous alcohol (ethanol)
Oil ratio:one: 0.3 (weight ratio)
Drying conditions:The surface drying time is 15 minutes, and the drying time is 60 ± 5℃/30 ± 10minute
Precautions:
Before use, the paint should be thoroughly stirred in the paint can before use. After stirring evenly, the silver copper metal particles are evenly dispersed, and the sprayed paint film can only achieve conductivity. After diluting the coating, it is best to stir it frequently for at least 5 minutes during use to achieve the best conductivity effect achieved after coating; Diluted products should be used up as soon as possible to avoid long-term storage, as they are prone to sedimentation after dilution, but after stirring, they still do not affect the use characteristics and effectiveness. Protective measures: During use, ensure that the working environment is well ventilated, avoid long-term direct contact or inhalation, and do not pour paint into waterways or sewers to pollute the environment.
