2、 Main technical indicators and performance

Operating steps:

1. Preparation of measuring cylinder: Select a suitable measuring cylinder based on the sample, clean the cylinder, and then air dry or dry it. The volume of the selected measuring cylinder is determined by the loose density of the sample, as shown in the table below.

2. Sample preparation: Weigh the sample with a balance of one thousandth, and the weight (m) of the sample is determined by the loose density, as shown in Table 3 below.

4. Load the weighed powder into a clean measuring cylinder, paying attention to keeping the powder surface level as much as possible, and then tighten the measuring cylinder on its seat. The specific operation steps are shown in the following figure:


5. Determine the volume of the powder after compaction: If the upper surface of the sample in the measuring cylinder is horizontal after compaction, directly read the volume V; If it is not horizontal, the average value of the highest and lowest readings is used to determine the compacted volume V.

6. Reading accuracy: When using a 100ml measuring cylinder, the volume reading after vibration is accurate to 0.5ml; When using a 25ml measuring cylinder, the volume reading after vibration is accurate to 0.1ml

sevenCalculate the compacted density: Test the same sample three consecutive times, and calculate the compacted density for each time separately ρ 1 ρ 2 and ρ 3. Average the three test results to obtain the compacted density of the modified sample. The calculation method for single compaction density is as follows:

Maintenance and upkeep of vibrating density tester:
1. The power supply voltage should be between 200V and 240V. When the power supply voltage is unstable or there is pulse interference, a precision purified AC stabilized power supply should be equipped.
2. This equipment should be placed steadily and firmly, avoiding vibration, knocking, and slipping.
3. When handling or moving, attention should be paid to handling with care and not hitting the instrument.
4. When cleaning the surface of the instrument, a wet towel can be dipped in detergent and wrung dry before wiping. Liquid should not flow into or splash into the interior of the instrument.
5. Do not turn off the system power immediately after it is turned on. The time interval between opening and closing should be greater than 5 seconds.
6. Regularly check the protective ground wire and other connecting wires to ensure that all parts of the system are in good grounding condition.
7. The vibration component is a moving component. Please clean the powder splashed into the linear bearing with a brush in a timely manner. Regularly add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the linear bearing.
