[Characteristics]
1. Good solubility and flowability, easy to use.
2. After curing with unsaturated polyester resin, it becomes colorless and odorless, and the color of the product is bright, improving the appearance quality of the product.
3. High technical content, usually only 1/7-1/8 of the conventional dosage of 8% cobalt naphthenate (or cobalt isooctanoate), with the advantages of low dosage, low cost, and high product strength.
4. Good stability, with a shelf life of over one year in a cool place.
[Purpose]
This product is an excellent light color accelerator for the cold curing molding of unsaturated polyester resin. It is used in the ordinary fiberglass industry, especially in fields such as buttons, agate, Polaroid boards, polyester furniture, and light color process resins.
[Dosage]
It is used in conjunction with peroxide initiators (cyclohexanone peroxide, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide). The general dosage of accelerator is about (0.5-2.5)% of the resin, and the dosage of initiator is (1-4)%.
