2、 The selection process of the chiller is as follows:
Generally, customers only know their required cold water temperature and required chilled water flow rate. According to national standards, the calculation method is as follows:
Q=CM △ T
Among them, Q is the cooling capacity we need, and the cooling capacity calculated by this formula is in KJ/h, which needs to be converted into KW
C is the specific heat capacity of the medium, which is a constant. Taking water as an example, the specific heat capacity of water is 4.2KJ/(KG. ℃)
M is the mass flow rate of the refrigerant carrier
△ T is the temperature difference between the ice water we need. For example, if we need the ice water temperature to be 7 ℃, 7 ℃ before entering the machine for use, and 12 ℃ when exiting the equipment, then △ T=12-7=5 ℃. Generally, the heat exchange temperature difference for equipment is around 5 ℃.
For example, a certain device requires an ice water temperature of 7 ℃ and a flow rate of 30m ³/ h. The refrigerant is water
So we use the formula: Q=CM △ T
Among them: C=4.2KJ/(KG. ℃)
M=10 * 1000=30000kg/h
△ T=5 ℃
Q=4.2 * 30000 * 5=630000KJ/H converted to KW is 630000/3600=175KW

5、 Common troubleshooting
Troubleshooting and solutions for possible parts of fault alarm information
The high pressure alarm of the unit may cause damage to the cooling fan and condensing fins, or the cooling fins may be dirty or blocked. Check whether the cooling fan is working and whether the cooling fins are dirty or blocked
The low pressure alarm of the unit may be caused by refrigerant leakage or low flow rate of ice water. Observe the low pressure pressure gauge and check the chilled water pump and filter for blockage
Compressor overload alarm may be triggered by refrigerant or excessive refrigerant charge or compressor jamming. Observe whether the high and low pressure gauges of the unit are normal and measure whether the resistance value of the compressor is normal
