Working principle of foam box hot-melt machine
The double axis crushing knife used in the foam box hot-melt machine can effectively crush the foamed polystyrene material into smaller pieces and enter the screen. The material that cannot enter the screen is further crushed and falls into the screen. It then enters the main machine and is rotated at high speed by a screw to transport the crushed material to the conical and circular cylinder. The material is heated by a mica heater to melt, and then the molten material continues to be transported to the forming square mouth mold. The material begins to cool down, and the square recycled object is extruded from the mouth mold. According to the required length, the cutting machine automatically cuts off to complete the production process.
