LLJ-101C standard COD digester
1、 Product Introduction:
The instrument follows the basic principles of the international standard (ISO) and the national standard HJ 828-2017 (GB11914-89), the determination steps of Chemical oxygen demand COD (cr) of water quality, and strictly follows the conditions and indicators of the method, such as heating digestion time, solution acidity, oxidant dosage, etc.
This instrument ensures a digestion operation of heating, reflux, and micro boiling for two hours at 165 ℃. The preparation and addition amount of the reagent solution are consistent with the national standard method, ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.
The LLJ-101C standard COD digester adopts microcomputer technology for timed control heating of the electric furnace, which can simultaneously heat 5, 6, and 10 250mL conical digestion reflux devices (note: 10 sample heating bottles are cylindrical bottles). To achieve the goal of energy conservation, reducing power load, and water conservation.
The LB-101C standard COD digester uses a glass burr reflux tube instead of a spherical reflux tube, and uses air cooling technology instead of tap water cooling, which can save water and standardize the instrument, while also improving the safety of instrument use.
The chemical solution preparation, operation, and COD value calculation of this instrument fully comply with HJ 828-2017 (GB11914-89). Water samples with COD values below 50mg/L can be improved in accuracy by diluting titrants and oxidants. COD water samples above 1000mg/L can be determined by diluting the water sample in proportion.
