1： Product overview: The toxicity of chromium is related to its valence state. It is generally believed that the toxicity of Hexavalent chromium is 100 times higher than that of trivalent chromium. Hexavalent chromium is more easily absorbed by the human body and accumulates in the body, leading to liver cancer. Therefore, Hexavalent chromium has been stipulated as one of the indicators for total amount control in China. This analyzer can operate continuously and automatically for a long period of time based on on-site settings, and is widely used in industrial pollution source discharge wastewater, industrial process wastewater, industrial wastewater treatment plant wastewater, municipal wastewater treatment plant wastewater, and other occasions. According to the complexity of on-site testing conditions, corresponding pre-treatment systems can be selected to ensure the reliability of the testing process. The test results are accurate and fully meet the on-site needs of different occasions. Second product principle: this product is determined by diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry. After mixing water sample and strong oxidant, trivalent chromium is oxidized to Hexavalent chromium. Hexavalent chromium reacts with the indicator to form a colored complex in the presence of acid environment and indicator. The analyzer detects the change of this color and converts this change into the total chromium value to output. The amount of colored complex generated is equivalent to the total chromium amount. This method is applicable to wastewater with total chromium within the range of (0-50) mg/L
