Machine installation
1. Connect the power supply. Attention: The phase and zero lines should not be connected incorrectly.
2. Pass the air source throughΦ Connect the 8PU tube to the air pipe connector on the lower side of the body.
3. Add coating liquid to the liquid cylinder.
4. Turn on the power switch and turn on the power at this time.
5. Adjust the engine speed according to the instructions for using the engine governor.
6. Turn on the air inlet regulating switch and the air inlet fan will start working.
7. Adjust the temperature controller to the desired temperature value. If the actual temperature is lower than the set value, the heater power will be turned on and the heater will start heating. If the actual temperature is higher than the set value, the heater power is disconnected and the heater stops heating.
8. Turn on the spray gun switch and the spray gun will start working. Please refer to the spray gun manual for usage.
After adjusting the above functions appropriately, the air compressor can be started, with an air pressure of approximately 4-6 kg/cm3.

The bearings, worm gear, and worm in the gearbox are lubricated by splash lubrication, and the top bearing is lubricated by an oil cup, which should be lubricated regularly. Change the oil of the gearbox every six months, using HL20 in winter and HL30 gear oil in summer.
Installation and commissioning
1. After the machine is in place, it must be placed smoothly and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. Open the oil filling cap and add lubricating oil to the gearbox to the oil mark line.
3. Place the electrical control box on a dry and easy to operate side. After the power is turned on, pay attention to its alignment and rotate the sugar coated pot clockwise.
4. During the test drive, attention should be paid to whether the machine has abnormal noise, in order to stop and inspect it in a timely manner.
5. The inclination angle of the sugar coated pot is related to the loading capacity and object exchange performance. Generally, the filling capacity is moderate, and the inclination angle of the sugar coated pot is 30º Its production efficiency and quality are both good.
Operating procedures
1. Before operation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fasteners in all parts of the machine are loose.
2. Scrub the inside and outside of the sugar coated pot
3. Start the main motor and let the machine idle for 2 minutes to determine if there is a malfunction.
4. After feeding, press the main motor button first, then press the blower button according to the sugar crystallization situation, and at the same time turn on the electric heating wire switch.
Maintenance and upkeep
1. The lubricating oil in the gearbox should be replaced regularly as required.
2. If the sugar coated pot is not used for a long time, it should be wiped clean. The copper pot should also be coated with oil on its surface to prevent the copper material from oxidizing or producing toxic copper compounds after being damp.
3. To ensure the lubrication conditions of the worm gear pair transmission in the gearbox, the temperature of the gearbox during operation should not exceed 50 ℃.
4. The sealing ring at the end of the worm shaft should be regularly inspected and replaced, usually no more than six months.
5. The machine must be reliably grounded, and its grounding resistance should be≤ 4Ω.
6. Do not remove electrical appliances and belt protective covers at will.
