Application

At present, various types of regular or irregular coating processing with core diameters of 0.02~10mm can be processed, and the core layer is wrapped with adhesive.

Work principle
Start the automatic coating process after adjusting the spray gun angle and flow amount.
The core is subjected to high-speed centrifugation to form an outer ring circulation.
Under the action of the baffle, the core is flipped and dropped to the middle ring and the inner ring.
The adhesive is sprayed, combined with the added coating powder, the core and the coating powder and the binder are quickly wrapped.
During the centrifuged process, the core and the coating powder and the binder are subjected to the centrifuged process to compact and form firmed coating. The required finished particle size is achieved after numerous cycles.
