1.Product Introduction:kneader equipment for clay
It is the ideal equipment for all kinds of chemical products and has the advantages of stirring evenly, kneading efficiently and no dead corner.Z blade mixer for banbury rubber: Each set of sigma kneader has two pieces of sigma blades inside the w type mixing chamber. It is widely used to knead, mix, crush, disperse and re-polymerize high viscosity paste or elastoplastic materials, which can not be processed by the general powder mixers and liquid blenders.
2.Uses:
kneader equipment for clay is widely used in many fields. For example, it suitable for make carbon fiber, construction adhesives, silicone sealant, silicone rubber, bubble gum, chewing gum, cellulose, and is also used in batteries, ink, pigments, dyes, pharmaceuticals, resins, plastics, rubber, cosmetics and other industries.

1) PLC control and record the temperature, time, viscosity and other relevant data in real time during production.

4. Category:
There are four kinds of Double sigma mixer: Vacuum kneader, pressure kneader, atmospheric pressure kneader and high temperature kneader. It has three ways of discharging: Hydraulic turning cylinder pumping type, ball valve type and screw extrusion type.
