Installation method of shaped chemical anchor bolts:
1. Select appropriate anchor bolt specifications according to design requirements.
2. Drill holes according to the selected anchor bolts and the data provided by the manufacturer.
3. Clean the dust inside the hole (three blows and three brushes)
4. Glue injection (1. Unscrew the cap of the glue bottle first; 2. Remove the two plugs inside the bottle after unscrewing; 3. Install the static mixer and screw it in place; 4. Place the glue bottle into a dedicated glue gun; 5. After placing the glue gun, first pour out the precipitated glue, and the poured glue can be colored; 6. Place the glue gun into the hole for glue injection, with a glue injection amount of 2/3 of the hole)
5. Rotate the screw by hand and place it at the bottom of the hole. After placing it at the bottom, rotate it left and right three times.
Do not move or shake the rod body before loading.
