100L Chemical Batch Continuous Stir Stainless Steel Biodiesel CBD Reactor
SG series stainless steel reaction kettle (tank) body, lid, stirrer and other parts are made of SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel plate. The tank body is polished by fine mirror or electrolytic polishing, which conforms to the national hygiene standard. Heating and cooling devices can be configured to meet different process and production needs. Heat transfer forms include jacket electric heating, jacket external heat transfer oil circulation equipment heating, refrigeration, steam heating, coil heating. The equipment has reasonable structure design, advanced technology, durability, reaction application in cosmetics, medicine, paint, chemical industry, pigment, resin, food, scientific research and other industries.
Product Structure
1) The stainless steel stirring tank is composed of stirring tank body, stirring tank lid, stirrer, support, transmission device, shaft seal device, etc., and can also be equipped with heating device or cooling device according to process requirements.
2) Stainless steel stirring tank body and stirring tank lid can be connected by flange sealing or welding. The stirring tank body and stirring tank lid can be opened with process tube holes such as feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation and safe emptying according to process requirements.
3) That upper part of the cov of the stainless steel stirring tank is arrange with a transmission device (motor or reducer), and the stirrer in the stirring tank is driven by a transmission shaft.
4) That shaft seal device can adopt machine seal, packing, labyrinth seal and other form (determined according to the need of the user).
5) That stirr can be configured with slurry type, anchor type, frame type, screw type and other forms.
