Inspection principle
The Cocaine (COC) detection kit utilizes immunochromatography technology and the principle of competitive elimination to quantitatively detect the concentration of cocaine in human hair samples. The antigen is pre fixed in the detection area (T zone) of the nitrocellulose membrane; Drug specific monoclonal antibodies were labeled with fluorescent microspheres and fixed on a glass fiber membrane to prepare a detection reagent strip. During testing, the hair is dissolved in buffer solution, and after adding the sample, the liquid is chromatographed upwards under capillary effect. Fluorescent substances emit specific wavelength fluorescence signals, and the fluorescence analysis detector captures the excited fluorescence signals in the detection area (T zone) under the action of the excitation light source. The fluorescence signal is converted and the set calibration curve is automatically converted into quantitative values, thereby calculating the concentration of cocaine in the sample and achieving quantitative detection of cocaine content in hair.
