operational principle

The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen equipment uses carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent and utilizes the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain nitrogen. Under a certain pressure, utilizing the difference in the adsorption capacity of oxygen and nitrogen on the surface of carbon molecular sieves in the air, that is, the diffusion adsorption of oxygen by carbon molecular sieves is much greater than that of nitrogen. By controlling the opening and closing of pneumatic valves through programmable control, the process of alternating circulation between towers A and B, pressurized adsorption, and depressurization desorption, is achieved to complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen and obtain the required purity of nitrogen.
