Precautions for using hydraulic oil press
1. The external power supply must be reliable and the layout should be reasonable and safe.
When starting the machine for pressure boosting or oil extraction, the top plate must be completely closed. When making cakes, fully open the top plate.
3. If any abnormalities are found during the operation of the equipment, please stop the machine and inspect it to see if the hydraulic system and motor drive positioning fixing screws are loose, and if there is oil leakage in the pipeline.
4. At the end of each day's work, please promptly clean the residue inside and outside the material bucket to prevent oil residue from blocking the oil gap.
5. Be careful not to raise the plunger too high after pressing to prevent hydraulic oil from escaping.
6. Add hydraulic oil of the specified brand, regularly filter and clean the oil tank. If there is a decrease in hydraulic oil, it should be replenished in a timely manner.
If abnormal operation of the pressure gauge is found, the operation should be stopped in a timely manner and the staff should be notified for maintenance.
8. Before testing the machine, the user must reliably ground or neutral the casing according to the regulations of the local power grid.
9. Do not open the electrical cabinet or fuel tank cap without permission during the operation of the equipment
