Cable conveyor usage
Suitable for large-scale urban power grid renovation, suitable for cross-sectional and long-distance cable laying, reducing labor intensity, and improving construction quality. Cable conveyors have high thrust, small volume, light weight, and convenient operation, making them particularly suitable for cable laying, tunnels, direct handling, long-distance transportation, and other occasions.
Type of cable conveyor
The types of cable conveyors are divided into diesel cable conveyors, gasoline cable conveyors, and electric conveyors. The use of electric conveyors is increasing because these cable conveyors can be used in series to achieve large-scale, long-distance, and large-scale cable transportation projects.
Usage of cable conveyor
1. Adjust the height of the front and rear supporting rollers of the cable conveyor according to the size of the conveyed cable, in order to support the cable. To adjust, loosen the hand screw, move the height of the towing roller up and down, and then tighten the hand screw.
2. According to the size of the cable being transported, use a hand crank to loosen the elastic screw counterclockwise to release the rubber track in place, in order to place the required cable for transportation.
3. Before using the conveyor, it is necessary to check whether the connecting bolts and nuts of each component are loose. If they are loose, tighten them and check whether the lubricating grease on the open gear is properly lubricated. Timely apply the grease, check the lifting condition of the supporting roller, and adjust the cable conveyor before fixing the entire machine. Then, run the cable conveyor without load for five minutes to check the working condition of the entire machine.
4. When using a single cable conveyor, it is necessary to fix it on the ground, adjust the height of the supporting roller, then loosen the rubber track, place the cable inside the rubber track, use a wrench to turn the tightening screw clockwise to clamp the cable, start the motor, and the cable conveyor can be transported for operation.
5. Due to the heavy weight of large cross-section cables, it is difficult to meet the construction requirements for single machine use. In this case, multiple cable conveyors need to be used in series with the cooperation of the traction machine.
(1) When the cable enters the first cable conveyor under the traction of the traction machine, stop the traction, clamp the cable between the rubber tracks, and then start the traction machine and cable conveyor simultaneously.
(2) Stop traction when the cable enters the cable conveyor, clamp the cable between the rubber tracks, and then start the traction machine and two cable conveyors.
(3) Stop traction when the cable enters the third conveyor, clamp the cable between the rubber tracks, and then start the traction machine and the three cable conveyors.
(4) Repeat the above actions until the cable enters the next cable conveyor, at which point the entire line of cable can be dragged and dropped for construction. In order to synchronize the operation of each machine, users need to configure corresponding synchronous power control cabinets according to the specific construction plan. The synchronous power control cabinet is divided into a main control box and a sub control box. One main control box can control ten sub control boxes, and one sub control box can control one cable conveyor. For the convenience of users, each control box has sufficient power sockets to facilitate the connection between the main control box, sub control box, and cable conveyor. This control system is for safe use, The stop switches set on each sub control box and main control box can stop the entire line from dragging and dropping operations, achieving the safety principle of sub control and overall stop.
