1、 Introduction to Main Functions

Wind power bolts have a series of characteristics such as high strength, high precision, and high grade. With the expansion of wind power installed capacity, the requirements for bolt strength performance indicators are also increasing.

This detector is mainly designed for the detection of large high-strength bolt connection pairs such as wind energy equipment, and is based on national and industry standards such as GB/T3098.1, GB/T3633, GB/T 16823.2, GB/T16823.3, and GB50205. It can detect, display, and print the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of the large hexagonal high-strength bolt connection pair (M33-64). When the axial force reaches the specified value according to the standard, the detector emits a beep and records the peak value of the detection data. After the device stays for 1 second, it automatically reverses and releases the sample. At the same time, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of the sample through a computer based on the detected axial force and torque, and can display the output torque coefficient, axial force curve, torque curve, etc. It also has parameter settings Calibration, data report printing, and query functions.

The host adopts a horizontal structure and a high stiffness workbench to ensure the rigidity of the entire machine. Quality assurance period and after-sales service commitment

1. Quality assurance period (or warranty period): 12 months from the date of final acceptance signature and seal. During the warranty period, if there is a malfunction or component damage during the system operation, we promise to repair or replace the component free of charge within 3 days, and the repair period will be deducted from the warranty period. If a major malfunction occurs and the system cannot function properly, the warranty period will be recalculated after the system is restored.

2. During the warranty period, if it is a product quality issue and our maintenance personnel cannot eliminate the fault, or if the equipment quality requirements cannot be met after adjustment, we promise that the product can be returned or replaced.

Before the end of the warranty period, we will conduct a free comprehensive adjustment and maintenance of this equipment, and ensure that the accuracy of the equipment meets the factory standards.

4. We implement computer management of user profiles. Service engineers should visit customers at least once during the warranty period, provide 100% worry free phone follow-up, and proactively track dynamic services. Check the operation of the equipment and carry out maintenance and upkeep on the equipment.

5. The seller shall respond within 1 hour after receiving the buyer's phone notification and arrive at the site within 48 hours to complete the repair. The specific measures are as follows:

(1) For equipment operation and simple faults such as data drift caused by signal line movement, our company will directly determine the location of the problem and handle it on the spot after receiving the buyer's call.

(2) For major equipment failures during the testing process, we will respond promptly upon receiving a call from the buyer, determine the problem, and dispatch a company repair engineer within 8 hours. The buyer can be on-site within 24 hours at the latest, and the fault can be resolved within 12 hours.


Installation, debugging, trial operation, training, and final acceptance of equipment

1. Unpacking acceptance of equipment

After the equipment arrives at the installation site designated by the buyer, we will send personnel to the site according to the date notified by the buyer, and together with the buyer's personnel, we will unpack the equipment. According to the packing list, contract (technical agreement), we will inspect the equipment, accompanying accessories, and technical documents item by item. If there are any parts or technical documents that are inconsistent, damaged, or missing, we will bear all economic losses caused thereby.

2. Installation and debugging of equipment

(1) We are responsible for the installation, debugging, and pre testing of the equipment. If the equipment is damaged or the product processing quality does not meet the technical requirements during the installation and debugging process, the equipment can be returned or replaced, and all economic losses caused shall be borne by us.

(2) Our installation and debugging engineers will work at the equipment installation site and fully comply with all rules and regulations of the buyer, and behave in a civilized manner.

(3) After the installation and debugging of the equipment are completed, we will comprehensively organize and tidy the equipment and the site.

(4) The final acceptance of the equipment shall be carried out in the buyer's laboratory, and both parties shall conduct acceptance according to the content of the technical agreement signed by both parties. The test pieces shall be pre tested, and after passing the inspection, the responsible persons of both parties shall sign and confirm, and the warranty period shall begin.
