YJZ-500B high-strength bolt tester

This detector is designed and manufactured according to the relevant requirements of GB50205-2020 "Construction Quality Acceptance Standard for Steel Structures". It can detect the axial force, torque, and torque coefficient of large hexagonal high-strength bolt connection pairs (M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30) and torsion shear type high-strength bolt connection pairs (M16, M20, M22, M24) (requiring a single torsion shear wrench), display and print them. When the axial force reaches the standard specified value, the detector emits a beep and records the detection data. At the same time, the detector automatically calculates the torque coefficient based on the detected axial force and torque and displays it automatically; After a set of tests is completed, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque, average torque coefficient, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation of N specimens; Type in the test number, model, grade, and specification of high-strength bolts, etc.
It has parameter backup and recovery functions, automatic calibration function, and peak maintenance monitoring is also set according to the detection requirements of high-strength bolts. In order to facilitate users to connect with the computer online, an RS232 interface has been set up (note: this interface needs to be ordered separately); Data can be transmitted to a computer for further processing before printing a report.
