Structural differentiation

1、 Differentiation between desktop and vertical air drying oven:
1. Vertical blast drying oven adopts Rectangular cuboid floor type structure, which is generally placed directly on the ground of the laboratory. The test instrument is usually located above the drying oven for easy operation. The vertical blast drying oven adopts imported fans from the United States, with vertical and vertical forced convection to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. It can meet the national standard (± 2%) because the air duct structure is relatively special, and the fan is located at the bottom of the box, allowing natural air convection. The vertical blast drying oven has a large power and structure, suitable for drying various products or materials, as well as electrical, instrument, instrument, component, electronic, electrical, automotive, aviation, communication, plastic, mechanical, chemical, food, chemical, and hardware tools under constant temperature environmental conditions and conducting various constant temperature adaptability tests.
2. The desktop air drying oven adopts a horizontal box structure, with the instrument located on the right side of the box. The box is small and easy to move for testing. Used in industrial and mining enterprises, universities, biopharmaceuticals, food processing, scientific research, medical institutions, and various laboratories for the drying, baking, melting, disinfection, and sterilization of non flammable, explosive, and non volatile substances. The desktop air drying oven adopts a hot air circulation system consisting of a fan that can continuously operate at high temperatures and a special air duct. The temperature in the studio is uniform, and it is widely used for drying glassware, experimental samples, food, chemical substances, thermal denaturation, thermal hardness, thermal softening, water removal, dry heat sterilization of utensils and appliances in bioengineering, and drying and aging of electronic components.
2、 Differentiation between electric constant temperature blast drying oven and high-temperature blast drying oven:
1. The high-temperature blast drying oven adopts multiple imported high-power fans and a dual duct thermal circulation system, which quickly heats the working chamber with a stainless steel high-temperature electric heater through wind circulation. The studio adopts mirror stainless steel and super insulated high-quality cotton, which can achieve a high temperature of 600 ℃ in the box. It is widely used for high-temperature drying of special materials, workpiece heating installation, material high-temperature testing, reaction treatment of chemical raw materials, ultra-high temperature ovens, higher working temperatures, high-temperature drying of special materials, workpiece heating heat treatment, material high-temperature testing, etc.
2. The electric constant temperature blast drying oven adopts an air conditioning method, with forced internal circulation ventilation and balanced temperature regulation. The drying oven adopts a PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor and a digital temperature regulator (as shown in the figure below) for temperature control. The temperature control is sensitive, easy to operate, and reliable in performance. The digital display directly displays the working temperature, which is intuitive and easy to read. The drying oven is widely used for sample melting, drying, or other heating purposes, with a working temperature of 300 ℃ and a temperature accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃. The electric constant temperature blast drying oven is suitable for measuring moisture in coal, drying items, drying heat treatment, and other heating purposes.
