Usage Overview

Used for drying, baking, wax melting, and sterilization in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory rooms, research institutions, etc.

Product Features

Adopting mirror stainless steel inner liner, the height of the shelf can be freely adjusted, and the semi circular four corner design makes cleaning more convenient;

Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting, large screen LCD display, timing, power suppression and Self-tuning functions, reliable temperature control;

Glass fiber cotton is used as insulation material between the studio and the shell, which effectively reduces heat loss;

The door seal is made of ceramic fiber, which is resistant to high temperature and aging, and has a long service life to ensure long-term high-temperature operation of the equipment;

The hot air circulation system consists of a low noise fan and an air duct. The fan adopts a multi blade centrifugal fan, which outputs the heat source inside the box from the air duct to the working room

Afterwards, it circulates through another air duct in the studio, continuously circulating to form heat recirculation, effectively ensuring uniform temperature in the studio;

An independent temperature limit alarm system that automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring safe operation of the experiment without accidents (optional);

Equipped with RS485 interface to connect recorder and computer, capable of recording changes in temperature parameters (optional).
