1. Product Description:
The corrugated metal corrugated filler for desulfurization orifice plate is made by punching small holes with a diameter of 4-5mm on a smooth stainless steel sheet, then pressing the fine lines, rolling the large ripples, and then cutting them into pieces according to the customer's requirements before welding and assembly. The purpose of this complex process is to regulate the flow direction of vapor and liquid, improve groove and wall flow, reduce pressure drop but provide more surface area for vapor liquid contact, thereby improving the efficiency of vapor liquid distribution. 2. Application scope and occasions of metal corrugated fillers:
The metal plate corrugated packing series has various uses in mass transfer equipment such as distillation, distillation, absorption, desorption, extraction, chemical exchange, washing, regeneration, heat transfer, stripping, flash evaporation, foam capture, etc. It has high flux and separation efficiency.
3. Installation matters for metal corrugated packing:
When installing metal corrugated fillers, if they are of large diameter, they are generally made in blocks according to the size of the manhole. Therefore, at the installation site, we need to pre assemble them at the bottom of the tower and then install them into the tower in sequence. Do not assemble them after all gases enter the tower, as the space inside the tower is limited and construction is inconvenient. After installing one layer of filler, it is important to pay attention when installing the next layer. The orifice plate ripple should be rotated by 90 degrees before installation. This principle is the same as the orifice plate ripple process, allowing the vapor and liquid to take more detours, increasing the contact surface, and improving the separation efficiency.
