Product Introduction: After curing, epoxy resin has good physical and chemical properties. It has excellent adhesion strength to the surface of metal and non-metallic materials, good dielectric properties, small deformation shrinkage rate, good dimensional stability of products, high hardness, good flexibility, and stability to alkali and most solvents. Therefore, it is widely used in various departments of national defense and national economy, as a pouring, impregnation, laminating material, adhesive, coating, and other purposes. Epoxy resin coated copper bars have excellent corrosion resistance. Copper bars are mainly used on primary lines (high current phase lines, zero lines, and ground wires all use copper bars). Copper bars are used for the connection of high current primary components on electrical cabinets. For example, a row of electrical cabinets is connected to the main busbar between cabinets, and the main busbar is divided into branch busbar on the switch electrical (isolation switches, circuit breakers, etc.) of each cabinet. Copper bars can be tinned or bare, and the connection of copper bars in the electrical cabinet usually requires tinning, embossing, or adding conductive paste. There are heating shrink sleeves in the spare parts for protection, and some are also insulated with paint.

(4) Excellent electrical insulation. Epoxy resin is one of the varieties of thermosetting resins that mediate electrical properties.
(5) Good stability and excellent resistance to chemicals. Epoxy resin without impurities such as alkali and salt is not prone to deterioration. Epoxy cured products have excellent chemical stability.
