A:First of all, you need to tell us your requirements. We will recommend products according to your requirements and quote you suitable charger. After you confirm that the information is correct and the payment is done, we will immediately arrange to produce them.
Q:How long is warranty period of the battery charger?
A:Our warranty period is for 12 months.
Q:Have you passed any certification for your products?
A:Each of our charger has been certified by CE&ROHS.We also have relevant certificates of FCC, CB, LVD and KC & KCC for waterproof products.
Q:Are you an electronics factory

Q:Can I have a sample order?
A:Yes, we can provide an initial sample. But our samples are not free. We need to charge for the samples.
Q:Do you have any MOQ (minimum order quality)limit?
A:Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:We often ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.
