Production process:
The equipment uses an edited PLC program to control the motor to drive two metering pumps A and B, conveying the A and B components of glue to the gun head mixing device in proportion. After thorough mixing, the glue is evenly mixed and then quantitatively or continuously controlled for output, thus achieving the entire process of glue mixing, and pouring.
Basic introduction of polyurethane PU tire foaming machine:
1. The stainless steel frame of the entire machine is resistant to dirt and easy to clean.
2. A and B barrels are made of stainless steel with an effective volume of 100L. A and B barrels are equipped with mixing function: A and B barrels are both equipped with heating and insulation function, and the heating temperature can be adjusted from room temperature to 65 ℃, with a temperature difference of less than+2 ℃; The polyurethane PU tire foaming machine bucket is equipped with high and low liquid level pipes made of Teflon (non stick material), making it easy for production personnel to visually observe the remaining amount of raw materials in the bucket
3. The variable frequency variable speed motor drives high pump metering, which can continuously supply and quantify materials, and the proportion is evenly mixed.
4 PLC programming control, full touch color control screen, parameter digitization and direct input, simple and convenient operation, with parameter locking function on the screen to prevent unrelated personnel from modifying parameters and improve quality. 199 sets of quantitative memory can be set, and relevant parameters can be directly called for pouring different products.
5. The polyurethane PU tire foaming machine has an automatic alarm function, and the cause of the malfunction is directly displayed on the screen when the equipment malfunctions.
6. The amount of glue output can be adjusted, and the glue output rate can be adjusted.

After sales instructions
1. Logistics delivery
The equipment shall be packaged in wooden boxes and delivered by the supplier. The transportation cost from the supplier's factory to the buyer's factory shall be borne by the party B;
2. Payment method
(1) When the contract is signed, Party A shall pay Party B the equipment deposit (40% of the total contract price) by wire transfer
(2) After the equipment production is completed, Party A shall conduct pre acceptance at Party B's factory. After passing the pre acceptance, Party A shall ship the goods. Before shipment, Party A shall pay Party B the payment (50% of the total contract price) by telegraphic transfer
(3) Within 30 days after the final acceptance of the equipment at Party A's factory, Party A shall pay Party B the final payment (10% of the total contract price) by telegraphic transfer
(4) After the final payment by Party A is made, Party B shall issue a one-time value-added tax invoice for Party A.
3Delivery method and deadline:
（one）Delivery location:Party A's factory
（two）Delivery deadline:Both parties sign a contract, and the second party shall debug and ship the goods within 35 natural days after receiving the deposit.
4. After sales and others
(1)）Installation, debugging, acceptance, and training
1. The initial acceptance of the equipment shall be conducted at the factory of Party B.
2. Installation, debugging, training, and final acceptance shall be conducted in the factory of Party A.
3. The first party shall provide on-site installation of gas and electricity, as well as tooling and raw materials for preparing the test machine.
4. After debugging, both parties shall jointly conduct final acceptance of the equipment according to the agreement. All technical indicators of the equipment meet the requirements of the technical agreement and pass the final acceptance; If the acceptance is not qualified, the rectification plan and rectification time agreed upon by both parties shall be followed for rectification.
5. The second party shall provide free training to the first party, and the training location shall be in the first party's factory. The number of trainees and personnel shall be determined by the first party. The training content includes equipment operation, maintenance, and repair; Ensure that trainees can master the operation, use, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
(2) Period and after-sales service
The second party shall provide a 12 month free warranty for the equipment it provides. During this period, all faults caused by machine design, manufacturing, and assembly will be repaired by the supplier free of charge; Excluding consumables, spare parts that need to be replaced in case of damage caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or misuse of equipment; The warranty period starts from the date of final acceptance, and after the warranty period, lifelong paid services are provided. Provide guidance to Party A's maintenance personnel through telephone, video, and other communication methods within 2 hours of response time. Repair on-site within 48 hours.
