Product Details

The WRN-330 assembled thermocouple, as a sensor for measuring temperature, is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, electronic computers, etc. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, gas media, and solid surface in various production processes within the range of 0-1800 ℃. In addition, it has the advantages of simple assembly, convenient replacement, spring-loaded temperature sensing components, good vibration resistance, large measurement range, high mechanical strength, and good pressure resistance.

Working principle:

The working principle of WRN-330 thermocouple is that two different components of conductors are welded at both ends to form a circuit. The direct temperature measurement end is called the measurement end, and the wiring terminal end is called the reference end. When there is a temperature difference between the measurement end and the reference end, thermal electromotive force will be generated in the circuit. When connected to a display instrument, the instrument will indicate the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectric electromotive force generated by the thermocouple. The thermoelectric electromotive force of a thermocouple will increase as the temperature at the measuring end increases. The magnitude of the thermoelectric electromotive force is only related to the material of the thermocouple conductor and the temperature difference at both ends, and is not related to the length and diameter of the thermoelectric electrode.

The WRN-330 assembled thermocouple mainly consists of a basic structure consisting of a junction box, protective tube, insulating sleeve, wiring terminal, and thermoelectric electrode, and is equipped with various installation and fixing devices.

Thermal response time

When there is a step change in temperature, the output of the thermocouple changes to 50% of the change, and the time required is called the thermal response time, denoted by T0.5.

Thermocouple nominal pressure

It generally refers to the static external pressure that the protective tube can withstand at room temperature without rupture. In fact, the allowable working pressure is not only related to the material and diameter of the protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, insertion depth, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium. It should not be less than 8-10 times the outer diameter of its protective tube (except for special products).

Thermocouple insulation resistance (at room temperature)

The test voltage for insulation resistance at room temperature is 500V ± 50V DC, and the atmospheric conditions for measuring insulation resistance at room temperature are 15-35 ℃, 45% relative humidity, and 86-106kPa atmospheric pressure.

a. For thermocouples with a length exceeding 1 meter, the product of their insulation resistance at room temperature and their length should not be less than 100

That is, Rr. L ≥ 100 M Ω. M L > 1m

In the formula: Rr - The insulation resistance value of the thermocouple at room temperature M Ω

b. For thermocouples with a length equal to or less than 1 meter, their insulation resistance at room temperature should not be less than 100 M Ω

Upper limit temperature insulation resistance

The upper limit temperature insulation resistance of thermocouples should not be less than the following:
