Chemical tube RSB is a system component of Fischer Superbond System FSB, used for high bearing capacity in cracked and non cracked concrete. Option 1 is used for cracked concrete, including the classification of seismic loads and fire resistance level R120 in performance category C1, which increases safety. For example, using chemical pipes to fix heavy steel structures, elevated soundproofing screens, and high-rise shelves. Fischer screw RG M and Fischer internal thread anchor RG MI are fixed. Fischer provides standard and short chemical tubes. In order to achieve higher bearing capacity, two short chemical tubes can be placed into the borehole. Shorter curing time means that the work can be completed quickly.

Functionality
Two component resin capsules RSB and RSB mini contain Vinyl ester resin mixed mortar and silane technology. They are suitable for pre plug-in installation.
During the installation process, the chamfering of the anchor will damage the chemical tube, mix and activate the mortar.
The glass particles in the capsule make the inside of the borehole rough, which can reduce the cleaning workload to only four blowing processes.
The mortar binds the entire surface of the anchor rod to the borehole wall and seals the borehole.
