1. Product technical requirements
1.1 General requirements
The unit structure should ensure the sealing of the unit, and the air leakage rate of the unit should be ≤ 1% when the static pressure inside the unit is 600Pa. The frame of the unit should adopt a square steel structure frame. The thickness of the square steel frame shall not be less than 1mm. The frame shall have good wear resistance, temperature resistance, and anti-corrosion performance. The framework must have sufficient strength and will not deform during transportation and operation. This project operates continuously for 24 hours and will not deform for 10 years.
1.2 Unit Panel
The panel of the unit is made of polyurethane foam material, and the inner plate is made of galvanized steel plate with a thickness of 0.50mm. The cold bridge needs to be treated both inside and outside of the keel. Flame retardant insulation material should be sandwiched between the double layer panels. The thermal conductivity of insulation materials should not exceed 0.035W/m. ℃, and there should be no condensation on the outer wall. The insulation thickness shall not be less than 50mm. The unit panel can be disassembled and assembled on site. The panel and frame are fixed using screws. The base plate has sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that maintenance personnel do not deform or damage the inside of the unit.
1.3 Primary filter (G4)
Select well-known domestic and foreign brands. The filter should include an overall framework. The filter frame should be of the front mounted type. The filtering device should adopt a quick disassembly mechanism, which is installed on a sealed movable frame with a fixed card that is easy to disassemble, to avoid the flow of unfiltered air. Filter description: Plate type, washable filter. Filter material: non-woven fabric. The filter should be able to operate to 600Pa without damage. The filter section is set with a local pressure difference display.
1.4 Medium efficiency filter (F6)
Select well-known domestic and foreign brands. The filter should include an overall framework. The filter frame should be of the front mounted type. The filtering device should adopt a quick disassembly mechanism, which is installed on a sealed movable frame with a fixed card that is easy to disassemble, to avoid the flow of unfiltered air. 1.5 Fan section
Using well-known brand external rotor fans. Low noise is required during operation. The impeller must be of high-strength steel or aluminum fully welded structure, the shaft should be made of hard steel, and the bearings should be imported products. The bearings should be sealed and self correcting, with a rated service life of 20000 hours. The fan drive device should be installed as a whole on the vibration isolation bracket. All metal surfaces of fan devices exposed to airflow should be treated with rust prevention.
1.6 Cooling (heating) coils
The coil of the surface cooler should be of copper tube aluminum fin structure. The aluminum fins should be uniform, flat, and mechanically fixed to the coil. The panel of the coil section should be detachable to facilitate dragging the coil outside the unit for maintenance. The outer diameter of the copper tube is φ 16. The wall thickness is above 0.5mm, and the rib thickness is 0.2mm (hydrophilic film). The outer frame of the surface cooler is made of stainless steel. The interface of the supply and return water pipes should be located on the same side as the drainage and vent ports. All unit pipeline perforations should be sealed with mechanical sleeves with insulation fillers. The pipeline extending out of the air conditioning unit should be a flange interface with bolts. Air and water cross flow. The coil should undergo a 1.6MPa water pressure test. Configuration: Install drain and vent threaded pipe plugs. The condensate water tray is a sloping, downward outlet stainless steel condensate water tray. It can ensure smooth discharge of condensed water and the accumulation of condensed water in the air conditioner. All cooling coils should be securely installed.
1.7 Other requirements
Waterproof lighting should be installed, and access doors should be installed in the relevant sections of the wind cabinet.
