Ceiling air conditioning units are composed of a mixing section, a filtering section, a surface cooling section, a humidification section, and a fan section. They are formed by evaporating chilled water through an evaporator and converting it into heat through a fan.

What should I pay attention to when installing a ceiling mounted air conditioning unit?
1. The ceiling type air conditioning unit should be placed on a large mud raised platform with a height of 50-100 millimeters, with a space of one meter left on the wall. The raised platform plane should be flat and horizontal, and each functional section should be connected with bolts. The sections should be sealed with foam polyethylene to prevent air leakage.
2. Ceiling mounted air conditioning units are generally transported in sections. For units larger than ZK60A, they are transported in bulk and assembled on site. The unit itself comes with a 100MM high foot channel steel.
Before installation, the product manual and packing verification book should be taken out, and the integrity of each component should be checked. All components should be wiped clean, lubricated, and the flexibility of rotating components such as air valves and fans should be checked.
4. A drainage ditch should be reserved around the surface cooling section for the discharge of condensate. A water seal bend should be set at the outlet of the condensate, with a water seal height of 50-100mm.
5. During installation, apply sealant (or other fillers) to the joints of the skeleton to prevent air leakage. 6. The inlet and outlet pipes must be equipped with valves outside the unit to regulate flow and cut off cold (hot) water sources during maintenance.
When the ceiling type air conditioning unit selects the humidification section, the inlet pipe of the humidification section should be equipped with a valve and the inlet water pressure should be basically constant.
The weight of the air ducts and water pipes connected to the ceiling mounted air conditioning unit shall not be borne by the unit.
9. When installing each insulation wall panel, check whether the rotation direction of the fan impeller is correct.
10. After the installation of this ceiling mounted air conditioning unit is completed, it should undergo a trial run. It is not allowed to start the unit with the air valve fully open to prevent excessive starting current from burning the motor. If there are no abnormalities after 8 hours of operation, it is considered qualified.
11. The ceiling type air conditioning unit should have good grounding.
